Radiology Partners is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to serve as Site Director at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, the primary hub within a collaborative, multi-hospital system. Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide on-site operational leadership and physician engagement
• Support quality improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
• Collaborate with regional leadership on performance and culture initiatives
• Maintain a balanced clinical and administrative role

Qualifications

• Residency in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME-accredited program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABR or AOBR)
• Ability to obtain or hold a Florida medical license
• Interest or experience in leadership, operations, or site management preferred
