COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Base Salary: $180,000-$190,000. Salary is based on 16 completed encounters per day, and experience. Additional incentive for meeting engagement goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited Dental School
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license
• DEA certificate
• Approved for credentialing with Medicaid, and health plans
