Oculoplastic Surgeon | Path to Chief of Service | Baltimore

• Work alongside Shock Trauma, Neurosurgery, and ENT on complex, high-impact cases
• Balanced schedule: 1-2 surgical days, 2-3 clinic days a week
• Strong senior mentorship on-site plus an ASOPRS fellow rotating through the service

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus bonus on collections ($280,000 - $400,000)

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• ABO-eligible or ABO-certified
• Open to both ASOPRS and non-ASOPRS fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeons
• New grads and experienced physicians both welcome
• Active or eligible Maryland medical license
