What your leadership role will look like:
As Medical Director, you’ll provide clinical and operational leadership for the Emergency Department while working closely with nursing leadership and hospital administration. You’ll support and mentor Physicians and APPs, drive quality initiatives, oversee departmental operations, and help shape the future direction of the practice. Through USACS’ physician-owned model, you'll also have the opportunity to influence broader organizational decisions and help develop future physician leaders.
