Serenity Healthcare is seeking dedicated psychiatrists interested in utilizing a diversity of treatment options, including TMS and Ketamine to help their patients improve more quickly than the typical process of medication management. Although med management is definitely a part of the practice, this is NOT your average bread-and-butter outpatient practice. 

We offer a unique model of interventional procedures and med management, plus a robust in-clinic support staff that allows our psychiatrists to focus on creating a unique treatment plan for each patient. 

At Serenity Healthcare, we have seen incredible success in utilizing TMS and Ketamine infusion therapy to help patients dealing with depression, anxiety, OCD, and other mood disorders. We are looking for psychiatrists who are excited about these treatment options in conjunction with medication management to expedite our patient's recovery. We will train and certified you.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Guaranteed salary of $300,000 with an earning Potential exceeding 75th percentile MGMA with room to produce more - uncapped production model (several doctors exceed $1M!)
• Flexible Schedule: Would you rather work 4 10-hour days, or 5 8-hour days? 
• Outpatient only: No call and no hospital visits
• Unheard of Staff Support: 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio (including Provider Assistants, Front/Back Desk, etc.)
• Comprehensive Benefits Package includes 90% medical coverage for employees and dependents, life and disability insurance, relocation allowance, malpractice, 401K, and 33 days of PTO annually to rest and recharge
