Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates admitted to the Level III NICU, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including neonatal nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonatal patients
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects aimed at enhancing neonatal care practices and outcomes
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and residents in the management of neonatal emergencies and high-risk deliveries
