Primary Care Position Details:

• Role: Primary Care Physician 

• Location: Ellington, Connecticut

• Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care

• Schedule: Full-time (weekdays); 4/10 hybrid schedule —ask for details 

• Phone Call Only: Infrequent average 1:3 weeks

• Offerings: Guaranteed base, Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on/Stipend, Relocation assistance
