United Regional is a Level 2 Trauma Center with a 65 bed ER, and approximately 75k annual visits, located two hours NW of Dallas/Fort Worth. 

Role Highlights Include:

• Independent contractor, competitive hourly & partnership track
• Physician-owned democratic group 
• 12 shifts/month, 10-hour shifts
• 6 MD shifts/day
• 4 dedicated nocturnists ? minimal nights
• 2.0 pph, 2–3 hr dispo times
• Scribes + APP fast track
• CDU with experienced APPs
• 24/7 ED social work
• No psych holds
• Efficient admissions with strong hospitalist support
• Dedicated OB ED + 24/7 OB/Gyn intensivists (no OB responsibility)
• Epic EMR
• Located 2 hrs from DFW
