What You’ll Do
- Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments including pure tone, speech audiometry, and impedance testing for a diverse patient population from birth to senior age
- Interpret test results and provide detailed reports to patients and physicians
- Recommend follow-up medical care, hearing aids, and ear protection based on assessment outcomes
- Evaluate and fit hearing aids, providing detailed instruction on operation and maintenance
- Perform routine hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient hearing health needs
What You Need
- Required:
- Active Washington state license (preferred)
- Successful completion of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology, including clinic practicum experience
- Current BLS Certification
- Preferred:
- Certificate of Clinic Competency in Audiology (AuD) or equivalent
