What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outpatient and inpatient ENT consultations and procedures
- Manage patients’ ear, nose, and throat conditions in a busy hospital setting
- Provide care for a broad adult patient population
- Respond to emergency calls during scheduled shifts
- Document patient encounters accurately in EMR systems (Athena, Cerner)
- Follow established protocols for stroke and trauma management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care
What You Need:
- Active California Medical License (or eligible via IMLC; no compact license)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Recent documentation of at least 50 case logs in the past 24 months
- Certifications in ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant clinical experience
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
