RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an accomplished physician leader to serve as Chair of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Monmouth Medical Center, a nationally recognized academic medical center and one of New Jersey’s premier destinations for women’s healthcare. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to guide a highly respected department performing approximately 6,000 births annually while advancing clinical excellence, physician engagement, program growth, and innovation across the full spectrum of women’s health services.
The Chair will provide strategic, operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and will play a critical role in shaping the future of women’s healthcare throughout the region. This leader will partner closely with hospital and system leadership to expand access, strengthen subspecialty services, recruit and retain top talent, and further elevate Monmouth Medical Center as a destination program for comprehensive obstetrical and gynecologic care.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $450,000 to $550,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
