Physician - Obesity Medicine (Bariatrician)

Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible Obesity Medicine Physician who is motivated to make a difference in Central Indiana, at Community Hospital South. Ideal candidates will have a passion for managing a busy medical weight loss program and a willingness to provide support throughout the entire process.

·       Non-surgical
·       Established referral system

·       Support with behavioral health coach, exercise physiologist, dietary & primary/specialty care physicians

Desired requirements
·       BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
·       Fellowship training in bariatric medicine/obesity medicine is preferred
·       Certification from ABOM require
·       Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
·       Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
