We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, spine disorders, neurologic injuries, and functional impairments.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans
• Perform or assist with interventional procedures as appropriate (e.g., injections)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PT/OT and specialty providers
• Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care with strong communication

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification/Eligibility in PM&R
• Eligible for medical licensure
