Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS), an independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join our growing cancer program in Findlay, Northwest Ohio.

• 1:4 inpatient call schedule
• 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage
• Robust specialty support across 54 specialties, including:

• Access to Mayo Clinic Care Network resources, including eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds

Armes Family Cancer Care Center

• Comprehensive cancer program supported by a newly expanded cancer center
• Dedicated Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology services
• Expanded infusion suites and exam rooms
• New linear accelerator and CT simulator
• Onsite board-certified oncology pharmacist
• Clinical trials, genetic counseling, and patient navigation services
• Radiation Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Laboratory, and Pharmacy onsite
• Nutrition Services, Social Work, and Tumor Registry support
• Onsite Gynecologic Oncology services

Compensation & Benefits

• $550,000 guaranteed base salary, total comp potential $800,000
• $112/wRVU with an uncapped wRVU incentive paid quarterly
• $100,000 signing bonus ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2), w/5-year prorated repayment
• 6 weeks paid time off
• $10,000 annual CME allowance
• $10,000 relocation assistance
