Family Medicine Physician – Rural Health Clinics

Woodlake Clinic & Rural Community Sites | Tulare County

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our rural health clinic network, including the Woodlake Clinic and surrounding community-based sites.

This role is ideal for physicians who value broad-scope primary care, community impact, and continuity of care in a close-knit environment. Kaweah Health is the largest healthcare provider in Tulare County, delivering care across urban, suburban, and rural communities through a fully integrated system.

• Full-time outpatient Family Medicine
• Rural clinic settings (Woodlake and surrounding communities)
• Lower to moderate patient volume with strong continuity focus

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Compensation: $350,000 – $375,000
• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance
