Indiana University Health Physicians is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join its growing community-based women's health team serving IU Health North Hospital 

This opportunity offers the best of both worlds—practice within an established, high-volume women's health program at IU Health North while helping shape the continued growth of the expanding OB/GYN program at IU Health Fishers. Supported by Indiana's largest health system, physicians enjoy a collaborative environment, laborist support, and access to comprehensive women's health resources while maintaining the feel of a community-based practice.

Position Highlights

  • Community-based OB/GYN practice supported by Indiana University Health
  • Full-scope women's health practice including outpatient gynecology, obstetrics, Labor & Delivery, and gynecologic surgery
  • Practice across IU Health North Hospital,  with opportunities to build lasting patient relationships throughout one of Indiana's fastest-growing regions
  • Shared call model with dedicated 24-hour OB Laborist support, promoting physician wellness and work-life balance
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary team including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Urogynecology, Women's Imaging, and additional specialty support
  • Opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across established and rapidly growing communities
  • Optional opportunities to participate in medical student education through the Indiana University School of Medicine

Indiana University Health offers a highly competitive physician compensation package, including:

  • Competitive salary with a two-year guarantee.
  • WRVU incentive opportunities.
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
  • Relocation assistance available.
  • Eligibility for quality and academic incentive programs.
  • Four weeks of PTO plus IU School of Medicine holidays.
  • Five CME days and a $5,000 annual CME allowance.
  • Occurrence-based malpractice coverage.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with dollar-for-dollar employer match on the first 4% contributed, plus potential discretionary employer contributions.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology residency
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
  • Interest in academic medicine, physician education, and collaborative patient care
  • New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
