  • Medical Director role with clinical authority and organizational leadership
  • Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no call
  • Outpatient, well-established private practice environment
  • Supervise and mentor a team of physician assistants across multiple locations
  • Board-certified in PM&R required; board-eligible or board-certified in Pain Medicine preferred
  • Base salary plus medical director stipend plus percentage of collections
