What You’ll Do:
- Transform Veteran Care: Deliver high-impact, patient-centered care to a diverse Veteran population with complex arrhythmias.
- Drive Cardiac Innovation: Diagnose and treat a spectrum of heart rhythm disorders using state-of-the-art technology, including performing complex catheter ablations, device implantations (pacemakers, ICDs), and lead extraction.
- Shape the Future of Medicine: Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows as part of your University of Arizona faculty appointment.
- Collaborate with Leading Experts: Partner with accomplished cardiology colleagues, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals for truly multidisciplinary care.
- Expand Your Skills: Engage in a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including cardiac ultrasound, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI interpretation based on your interests.

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: $360,000–$380,000 per year + annual performance bonus and regular salary increase.
- Sign-On Bonus & EDRP: Up to $200,000 student loan reimbursement for eligible candidates.
- Generous Paid Time Off: 50–55 paid days off per year (annual/vacation, sick leave, federal holidays, and CME time).

- Licensure: Only 1 active, unrestricted US state license required.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm
Requirements:
- US Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered if qualified US citizens are unavailable)
- MD/DO degree with completion of US-based residency and Cardiac Electrophysiology fellowship
- Board Certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology (ABIM)
- Eligible for VA and University of Arizona appointment
- Active, unrestricted US medical license
- Maintain AHA BLS/ACLS certification
