The Doctors Clinic, a physician-owned multispecialty group serving Washington’s Kitsap Peninsula, is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to help rebuild and shape its cardiology program in Silverdale, Washington.

This is a unique opportunity for a cardiologist who wants more than simply stepping into an established practice. With recent physician retirements creating an immediate need for cardiology services, the incoming physician will have the opportunity to build a practice, influence the future direction of the service line, and develop strong referral relationships within an established multispecialty group.

Compensation & Ownership

• $515,000–$575,000 guaranteed annual compensation for the first two years
• wRVU production earnings in addition to the guarantee, providing additional income potential from the start
• Shareholder eligibility after two years, offering long-term ownership and earning potential

The Opportunity

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Eligible for medical licensure in Washington
• Non-invasive cardiology training and experience
• Physicians interested in practice growth, collaboration, and helping shape a developing cardiology program are encouraged to apply
