Opportunity Highlights

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Brand-new clinic opening in February 2027
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No weekday call
• No weekend call
• See approximately 18-22 patients per day
• Join an established team of 16 physicians and 12 APPs
• Integrated care model with on-site Behavioral Health, Dental, Eye Care, Pediatrics, and Pharmacy
• Athena EMR
• Opportunity to perform in-office procedures based on training and certification
• Teaching opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base salary: $247,000-$333,000
• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
• HRSA and State Student Loan Repayment Programs
• 200 hours of front-loaded PTO
• $5,000 CME allowance plus 56 hours of CME time annually
• License and DEA reimbursement
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 2026 graduates encouraged to apply
• J-1 visa sponsorship available
• Spanish language skills are preferred but not required
