University Hospitals Lake Health Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our growing Department of Pediatrics. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a collaborative, patient-focused environment while benefiting from the resources of a nationally recognized health system.

Faculty appointments through the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine (CWRU SOM) are available at the rank of Clinical Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor, commensurate with experience.

Position Summary

Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and support educational and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat pediatric patients in accordance with established standards of care
  • Prescribe medications and treatment plans as appropriate
  • Coordinate care and referrals with specialists and other healthcare providers
  • Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives
  • Teach and supervise medical students and residents, as applicable
  • Maintain faculty status in good standing with CWRU SOM, when applicable
  • Participate in quality, safety, and departmental initiatives
  • Comply with all University Hospitals policies, standards, and PHI requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
  • Unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in Ohio
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
  • Appointment with CWRU SOM at a rank commensurate with experience
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care
