Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist for a flexible per diem or part-time opportunity in Findlay, NW Ohio. Join a growing cancer program supported by an experienced oncology team, comprehensive specialty services, and a physician-led health system.

Opportunity Highlights

• Flexible per diem or part-time schedule
• Primarily outpatient practice with inpatient consultation as needed
• Established referral base, including breast, colon, lung, prostate, and hematologic malignancies
• Join three Hematology/Oncology physicians and two APPs
• 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage
• Support from 54 specialties, including Surgery, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology
• Access to the Mayo Clinic Care Network, including eConsults, AskMayoExpert, eBoards, and Grand Rounds
• Independent, physician-led health system with local decision-making and practice autonomy

Compensation: W-2 PRN

• $550/hour
• Weekday clinic call: $600/day
• Weekday call only: $700/day
• Weekend call: $1,800/day
• Telehealth: $300/hour
• Malpractice coverage provided by Blanchard Valley Health System

Compensation: 1099 Independent Contractor

• $625/hour
• Weekday clinic call: $700/day
• Weekday call only: $800/day
• Weekend call: $2,100/day
• Telehealth: $350/hour
• Malpractice coverage provided by the physician
