Qualifications:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
  • Completion of a recognized Orthopedic Surgery Residency

About KRRC

The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) partners with hospitals, private practices, community health centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and other organizations to help strengthen the health care workforce in rural and urban under resourced communities across the State. KRRC services are designed to assist Kansas communities in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health professionals, and behavioral health professionals. In addition to offering recruitment support for Kansas health care facilities and job search support to a variety of health care providers, the KRRC offers resources for CV/resume building, interview prep, and contract negotiation.  

Currently partnering with 55+ health care organizations, we serve as their initial point of contact and liaison in recruiting those seeking to serve in rural and urban underserved communities.

This SE regional hospital has been providing care for area residents since 1949 and offers many of the same quality services and medical technology you will find in larger healthcare facilities. A 501(c)3 municipal, nonprofit hospital licensed for 47 beds, they serve more than 45,000 patients across six counties in Kansas, as well as two in Oklahoma. They provide a complete continuum of healthcare services through primary care and advanced medical specialties. A rural hospital that takes pride in their compassionate and caring staff, who live, work, and play in their home community and who have become friends and neighbors of their patients.
