Join a Growing Urology Program in Rockledge, Florida

Join a thriving, well-established urology practice on Florida's beautiful Space Coast. Located just minutes from Cocoa Beach, this opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to build a long-term career.

You'll join an experienced urologist and advanced practice provider (APP) in a busy practice with immediate patient volume, minimal call responsibilities, and the flexibility to develop a subspecialty interest if desired.

Practice Highlights

• Join an established urologist and experienced APP
• General urology with the opportunity to develop a subspecialty niche
• Immediate patient volume in a rapidly growing service area
• Four clinic days and one dedicated OR day each week
• Up to 30 patients per day, including office-based procedures
• Access to the da Vinci robotic surgical system
• No required hospital or emergency department call
• Dedicated urology hospitalists manage all inpatient and acute urologic care
• Limited practice call for established patients (approximately once per month)
• Optional compensated call opportunities available
• Physician leadership values collaboration as the program continues to grow
• Primarily outpatient practice with consistent clinical volume
• Access to Health First's integrated network of hospitals, specialists, and clinical resources

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows are encouraged to apply
