Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary practice in the North Shore city of Salem, Massachusetts. We welcome applications from both experienced physicians and recent Internal Medicine graduates.

• After-Hours Call Program: Physicians are not responsible for after-hours call coverage.
• Virtual Clinic Support (VCS): A centralized APP team remotely manages routine clinical tasks, including inbox coverage, results, refills, and follow-up.
• Team-Based Care: Our interdisciplinary team includes Social Work, Behavioral Health specialists, and a dedicated Medical Assistant to provide comprehensive patient support.
• Technology Support: Access to AI note-writing tools compatible with EPIC.
