Help build the future of pediatric neurosurgery in Nevada. As a Pediatric Neurosurgeon with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.?
Intermountain Health is investing in Nevada's future with a new 200-bed Children's Hospital that will become the region's destination for complex pediatric care. Pediatric Neurosurgery is a cornerstone specialty of this vision, creating significant opportunities for program growth, innovation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clinical leadership.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a growing pediatric neuroscience program at a pivotal moment. The incoming surgeon will have a meaningful voice in strategic planning, program development, clinical pathways, recruitment, and the future growth of pediatric neurosurgical services throughout the region.
How we'll support you:?
Compensation will include a guaranteed base salary, with additional opportunity for productivity & call pay.
You'll receive an initial starting bonus of $50K and up to $20K in relocation assistance.
