Position Summary
The Division Chief of Orthopedics will serve as the clinical and surgical leader for Tryon Medical Partners’ orthopedic service line, with a focused mandate to grow and differentiate joint replacement and reconstruction services. This role will drive the development of a high-performing, outpatient-focused orthopedic program rooted in surgical excellence, value-based care, and coordinated, multispecialty integration.
Working within a strong primary care and specialty network, the Division Chief will lead the evolution of a market-leading musculoskeletal platform centered on optimized outcomes, total cost of care, and an exceptional patient experience.
