We’re seeking a BC/BE Endocrinologist to join our employed medical group and step into an established, thriving practice with strong patient demand. Our current endocrinologist, Dr. Nuzhat Chalisa, has cared for patients in the community for nearly two decades and currently practices on a limited schedule. This creates an exceptional opening for a full-time endocrinologist to join a busy practice while maintaining meaningful work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• Flexible 36-hour workweek

• Broad scope of endocrinology, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, obesity, and pituitary, adrenal, and parathyroid disorders
• Collaborative specialty support from Nephrology, Cardiology, Neurology, Rheumatology, OB/GYN, and Hospital Medicine
• Dedicated clinical support staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary range of $215,000–$265,000, commensurate with experience
• Production and quality incentives available from day one
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility
• 100% medical education loan repayment of up to $20,000 annually

• Our recent $74 million master facility plan, launched in 2018, has modernized nearly every aspect of our campus. 
• A new Emergency Department (opened March 2020) with 17 private, state-of-the-art rooms.
• Renovated Cardiac/EMG Diagnostics, Infusion Therapy, and Imaging Departments, including a new Women’s Imaging Center.
• Streamlined Outpatient Laboratory Services and upgraded patient registration systems.
• Perioperative Services renovation (April 2024) — creating advanced facilities for surgery, endoscopy, and minor procedures.
