Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join this established practice.

• Monday - Friday outpatient only practice with half a day each week for administrative time
• Visiting specialties include Cardiology, Podiatry, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, and Audiology

Compensation Package

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

• Annual compensation of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
