Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of an accredited residency program
- Board Certified in specialty residency training
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Palliative Medicine fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Palliative Medicine
- Eligible for or currently holding a North Carolina Medical License
- Current or eligible for DEA and North Carolina controlled substance registration
