- Experience: Prior thoracic/cardiothoracic surgery experience preferred

What You'll Do:
- Provide specialized thoracic/cardiothoracic surgical care to patients in the facility
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Perform surgeries and follow-up care within scope of practice
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards
- Document procedures accurately and thoroughly
- Support the facility's mission to deliver high-quality surgical services
What You Need:
- Active medical license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain one
- Board certification or eligibility in thoracic or cardiothoracic surgery
- At least 1-2 years of surgical experience preferred
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
