Pediatric Anesthesiologist Needed to Provide Care to Adult & Pediatric Patients in Tucson, Arizona

Seeking full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologist to care for both pediatric and adult patients at Tucson Medical Center and Rincon Surgery Center. This position can be W2 or 1099.
- Care Team Model: Physicians perform approximately 60% solo cases and provide CRNA Medical Direction on 40% of cases (1:3 ratio)
- 33 total anesthetizing locations; 26 General ORs & 7 ORs dedicated for Cardiac, Peds and OB/Epidurals.
- Cases includes ENT, General, GI, GYN, Neuro, Surgical Oncology, Ophthalmology, Oral/Max, Orthopedics, Plastics, Pediatrics, Urology, and Major Vascular.
- Opportunity to expand clinical skills with ASA 4/5 cases: 10-OR orthopedic surgical floor with extensive opportunities for neuraxial anesthesia and all peripheral nerve blocks.
- Full Time employment is considered 42 weeks/year: 40-hrs/week. (Mon-Fri) (8, 10, or 12-hr. day shifts); option to expand base salary with addition and optional commitments.
- W2 Physicians are extended guaranteed pay for the entire shift scheduled, despite that OR time may end earlier.
- W2: $300/hr
- 1099: $400/hr
Required Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- Active Arizona medical license & DEA (or eligible to obtain)

- QSP (Quality Service Performance) metrics pay is based on metrics established annually and is paid monthly
- IES is an independent physician-owned group based in Dallas, Texas
- We do not have private equity investors
- Our contracts do not contain non-compete clauses
