Visionary ASC is seeking fellowship-trained MIGS, Urogynecology, and Gynecologic Oncology surgeons to join its growing physician network in Maryland.

This opportunity offers two pathways based on your career goals: an Independent Practice Association (IPA) affiliation for physicians looking to maintain their independent practice while expanding surgical volume, or an employed opportunity for qualified physicians interested in joining the organization directly.

Physicians benefit from access to a modern ambulatory surgery center featuring the da Vinci Xi Robotic System, dedicated surgical block time, and the support of a physician-led organization focused on advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

For the right surgeon, there is also potential for physician ownership, creating an opportunity to participate in the growth and long-term value of the ASC. Ownership opportunities are subject to eligibility and the terms of the applicable ownership arrangement.

Employed Opportunity

An employed position is also available for qualified MIGS, Urogynecology, and Gynecologic Oncology surgeons, including physicians considering relocation to the Maryland market.

• $350,000–$450,000 employed compensation, based on experience and qualifications
• Sign-on bonus available
• Modern ambulatory surgery center environment
• Dedicated robotic surgical access and block time
• Collaborative, physician-led team
• Predominantly outpatient practice
• No call responsibilities
• Opportunity to help shape a growing advanced gynecologic surgery program

Who We're Looking For

Visionary ASC welcomes physicians from any of the following fellowship-trained backgrounds:

• Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS)
• Urogynecology
• Gynecologic Oncology

Candidates should also be:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Experienced in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
• Interested in growing an existing practice through an IPA affiliation or exploring an employed opportunity with Visionary ASC
• Interested in contributing to the growth of a physician-led advanced gynecologic surgery platform
