Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks a Internal Medicine physician to practice team-based care in our Greenbush Street Family Medicine Clinic in Lafayette, IN (home of Purdue University).
Employment Opportunity Details:
- Busy office with supportive staff
- 4 or 5 day schedule per week
- 100% outpatient, all levels of socioeconomic status patients
- Excellent Advanced Practice Providers, dedicated to delivery of the best care to our patients
- Physician and APP longevity
- Low call responsibility
- Excellent base salary plus incentive opportunities
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Ability to obtain a Medical License in Indiana
- Meets requirements for credentialing and privileging with Indiana University Health
