Non-Invasive Cardiology/Advanced Imaging

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist with advanced training and expertise in Cardiac Imaging to join a growing cardiovascular program. The physician will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in both inpatient and outpatient settings while focusing on advanced non-invasive diagnostic imaging and disease management.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with cardiovascular disease.
  • Interpret and perform advanced cardiac imaging studies, including:
  • Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE)
  • Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
  • Stress Echocardiography
  • Cardiac CT/CTA
  • Cardiac MRI
  • Nuclear Cardiology studies (if applicable)
  • Participate in cardiovascular imaging program development and quality initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Provide inpatient consultation and outpatient follow-up care.
  • Participate in call coverage as determined by the practice.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Support teaching, mentoring, and research activities when available.

Qualifications

Required

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in echocardiography and general non-invasive cardiology.

Preferred

  • Advanced Imaging Fellowship training.
  • Level II or Level III training in Cardiac CT, Cardiac MRI, Echocardiography, or Nuclear Cardiology.
  • Experience with multimodality cardiac imaging.
  • Interest in program development, clinical leadership, or research.

  • Established cardiovascular program with multidisciplinary support.

  • APP support in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
