ASB is a stable, long-standing private practice with 90 anesthesiologists and 180 CRNAs, currently recruiting full-time, partnership-track anesthesiologists due to continued growth within St. Luke’s University Health Network.

Our practice covers 13 inpatient sites and 4 ASCs, including one Level 1 and two Level 2 Trauma Centers.

We welcome general anesthesiologists as well as physicians with subspecialty training in cardiac, pediatric, regional/pain, and critical care anesthesia.

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

ASB offers an outstanding compensation package averaging approximately $655K in total annual compensation, including:

• $500K base salary
• Approximately $80K in voluntary call
• $70K 401(k) contribution
• $3K CME allowance
• $1,650 HRA contribution
• $100K sign-on bonus
• $2,000/month training stipend
• Relocation assistance
• Licensing reimbursement
• Car/cell stipends
• 8 weeks of vacation

Partnership is available after two years with a modest $2,500 buy-in.
