Daviess Community Hospital is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing medical community in Washington, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values a collaborative practice environment, a manageable patient volume, and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients and families.

The Opportunity

• $325,000 24-month income guarantee plus RVU-based compensation
• Signing bonus
• Residency stipend available
• Relocation assistance
• Full-time position with a 4-day clinical schedule
• ½ day of dedicated administrative time
• No on-call responsibilities
• 5 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time
• CME allowance
• Typical volume of 15–25 patients per day
• Supportive team environment, including Advanced Practice Providers. APP supervision opportunity, for those interested.
• EMR transition to Epic planned for Fall 2026

STONE FAMILY CENTER

Evansville is home to the new Stone Center, which contains Indiana University School of Medicine – Evansville as well as programs for the University of Evansville and USI. More than 250 USI graduate-level students in the Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy, Master’s of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs, and 120 undergraduate, senior nursing students will use the Stone Center.
