Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: $300,000
• Productivity Bonus: RVU model
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

• Relocation Assistance: $10,000

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD or DO
• Certifications:  BC or BE in Family Medicine
• Experience:  Experienced providers and new grads welcome
