Opportunity Details:
- Generous base compensation $328,304
- Starting loan of up to 10% of base salary
- Paid relocation up to $15,000
- Production incentive eligible
- Flexible scheduling to support work/life balance
- Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM
- Call expectation 1:4
- Allscripts AEHR
- Dragon dictation
- Well-child exams, school/sports physicals, chronic disease/condition management, acute illness visits, circumcisions
- Easy ramp-up with specialist support and dedicated clinical staff
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer
Job Requirements
Required
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
- Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
- Strong clinical skills with experience in Pediatrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families
- BLS, NALS/NRP
