Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $150/hour (onboarding rate)

What You’ll Do

• Assist a team of three board-certified urology surgeons in patient care and procedures
• Support hospital rounding each morning with an experienced APC
• Manage patient visits, assessments, and follow-up care
• Provide clinical support for outpatient and inpatient urology cases
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Participate in call coverage on variable days and volumes
• Contribute to a friendly and cohesive clinical environment

What You Need

• Urology certification or applicable licensure
• Relevant clinical experience in urology or surgical specialties
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to adapt to variable workflow
• Preferred: prior hospital rounding experience
