Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $369.53/hour

What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive radiation oncology care for adult patients in a hospital-based, off-site cancer center
  • Support tumor board discussions, chart rounds, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
  • Manage an average treatment volume of 14 patients daily, including consultations and follow-ups
  • Conduct treatment planning, ensure quality safety protocols, and follow clinical guidelines
  • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in EPIC EMR
  • Participate in tumor board meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making
  • Support staff and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment


What You Need

Required:
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Radiation Oncology
  • PA License or IMLC LOQ (active or pending)
  • DEA certification
  • Minimum 1-year experience in radiation oncology

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in a hospital or cancer center setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
