What You’ll Do

• Provide labor and delivery coverage, including routine labor management, C-sections, and vaginal deliveries
• Support postpartum rounds and emergency gynecologic consults as needed
• Collaborate with hospital staff in a primarily low to moderate high-risk obstetrics environment
• Support approximately 500-600 births per year
• Document patient care using EPIC EMR system
• Participate in on-call rotations, approximately 8-10 shifts per month
• Float to various sites as needed, including Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, and Madison

What You Need
Required:

• MD/DO with current license and certification (BLS, ACLS, NRP, DEA)
• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• 1-2 years of obstetrics/gynecology experience
• Willing to float as needed
• Must be willing to work in IMLC-approved states

Preferred:

• Experience in labor and delivery within hospital settings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
