What You’ll Do
- Provide labor and delivery coverage, including routine labor management, C-sections, and vaginal deliveries
- Support postpartum rounds and emergency gynecologic consults as needed
- Collaborate with hospital staff in a primarily low to moderate high-risk obstetrics environment
- Support approximately 500-600 births per year
- Document patient care using EPIC EMR system
- Participate in on-call rotations, approximately 8-10 shifts per month
- Float to various sites as needed, including Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, and Madison
What You Need
Required:
- MD/DO with current license and certification (BLS, ACLS, NRP, DEA)
- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- 1-2 years of obstetrics/gynecology experience
- Willing to float as needed
- Must be willing to work in IMLC-approved states
Preferred:
- Experience in labor and delivery within hospital settings
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
