What You’ll Do

• Provide expert gastroenterology care with an average of 12-14 procedures per day
• Perform endoscopies, colonoscopies, ERCP, and other advanced procedures like esophageal and luminal stent placement
• Manage complex patient cases, often involving non-compliant or acutely sick individuals
• Collaborate with support staff, including APPs, to optimize workflow and patient outcomes
• Respond to urgent and routine consultation calls as scheduled
• Contribute to patient education, relationship building, and ongoing care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation using Meditech

What You Need

• Medical license in Kentucky (or eligible)
• 2+ years of GI clinical experience
• Proficiency in upper endoscopies, colonoscopies, ERCP, and related procedures
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Ability to handle complex cases and a busy procedural schedule
