Outpatient Primary Care Opportunity in Phoenix, AZ

ArchWell Health is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient practice in Phoenix, AZ. This is a true outpatient role focused on an Adult/Medicare population aged 60+ — designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine with strong support and a predictable schedule. • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule

Practice Model

You will be supported by a dedicated care team, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than administrative burden:

• Medical assistants and center staff
• Care coordination support
• Average 12-14 patients per day upon ramp up

Who We’re Looking For

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Comfortable caring for Adult and Medicare-aged patients
• Team-oriented with a focus on quality and continuity of care
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Arizona medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Arizona medical licensure
