What You’ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care to the newborns in the ICU setting
• Monitor and assess neonatal patients’ vital signs and responses
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Support families through education and emotional reassurance
• Maintain accurate documentation for all patient interactions

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1-year neonatal nursing experience preferred
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required; NRP preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care
• Compassionate, team-oriented attitude
