Position Highlights: 

• 834 active patients
• 15-month mentored guide path to full ownership of a 40-year-established practice with no buy-in, no goodwill payment, or corporate oversight
• 11-16 patients per day allowing you to truly take time with each patient
• Monday-Thursday 7a-2p, Friday is done remotely
• Call average of 2 per week with most coverage handled via text for refills, etc.
• Backed by one of the nation's largest concierge medicine firms
• Strong and tenured support staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to $450,000 Year One
• $1 million plus annually post-ownership transition
• Medical insurance

Qualifications: 

• Degree:  MD only
• Certifications:  Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Licensure: Licensed in New York
• Skillset:  Internal Medicine/Family Medicine
• Experience:  4 or more years outside of residency preferred
• Sponsorship: None
