Physician - MD/DO - Family Medicine

SSM Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our established rural clinic in Chandler, Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician or graduating resident who values meaningful patient relationships, a diverse range of diagnoses, and the welcoming atmosphere of a close-knit community. The incoming physician will step into an established practice with approximately 1,100 patients and the potential for continued growth. The practice is currently stable, and anticipated patient volume is approximately 20 to 25 patients per day. 

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, 1.0 FTE primary care opportunity
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 100% outpatient practice
• Established patient panel of approximately 1,100 patients
• Anticipated volume of 20 to 25 patients per day
• 15- and 30-minute appointment scheduling
• Very low call requirements
• Call coverage limited to your own patients by phone and partner coverage during PTO
• Open to experienced physicians and graduating residents
• Visa sponsorship available

Practice Environment:

The physician will have a private office and three exam rooms. The clinic also offers X-ray capabilities, lab draws, diabetic eye screening, A1c testing, urinalysis, and EKG services. The practice provides the opportunity to care for a broad range of diagnoses and welcomes physicians with additional areas of clinical interest that could benefit a rural community.
