Clinical Geneticist

Location: Evanston, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

Compensation: Compensation Range: $192,000 (10th percentile) -$305,000 75th percentile), based on years of experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive genetics care for adult and pediatric patients

  • Deliver cancer risk assessment, hereditary cancer syndrome testing, and consults for genetic conditions across multiple specialties including cardiology, neurology, nephrology, and musculoskeletal medicine.

  • Lead and support innovation in genomics integration across the health system through the Neiman Center’s robust research and clinical initiatives.

  • Participate in the development of tools and technologies that are revolutionizing family history collection, predictive modeling, and the use of genomics in primary care.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • MD or DO degree required

  • Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics) and board eligibility/certification in Clinical Genetics

  • Interest in a broad range of genetic conditions

  • DEA license (or pending)

  • A commitment to excellence in patient care, collaboration, and the advancement of genomic medicine
