What You’ll Do
- Provide OB/GYN clinical care to a diverse patient population
- Participate in patient rounds, including labor, delivery, and postpartum care
- Support patients during labor and delivery, managing various obstetric cases
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered care environment
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Washington State medical license or IMLC license
- Clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Ability to document and verify patient contact hours and call back details
- Clean malpractice history
Preferred:
- Experience with labor and delivery management
- Strong team collaboration skills
About the Assignment
This position involves providing OB/GYN care at a busy clinical site, with scheduled rounds and call responsibilities. Rounding typically lasts around 30 minutes to an hour daily. The provider will support labor and postpartum patients, documentation, and on-call responsibilities, with flexible on-site and off-site call support allowed based on patient needs.
