What You’ll Do

• Provide urology care in a clinic and hospital setting, Monday–Friday
• Manage a patient load of approximately 24-28 adults, with occasional pediatric support
• Perform core procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and more
• Support and supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• Participate in 24-hour call coverage, including emergent urology cases like torsions
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with support staff including 4 MDs, 1 RN, 4 MA’s, and 1 CSA
• Incorporate robotic surgery into practice as applicable but not mandatory

What You Need

• Board Certification in Urology (BC or BE)
• Active PA medical license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA certification
• At least 1 year of relevant urology experience
• Strong procedural skills and ability to manage adult patient populations
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills
